That’s right! Baxter Brewing Company is hosting the first annual Great Falls Beer Festival THIS SATURDAY! The festival includes 29 local and national breweries with different beers each. Of course like most beer festivals there is a VIP session with rare and unique craft beers (read: barrel aged, cask, etc.). The regular ticket price is $40 and the VIP ticket is $60, with the designated driver ticket being $20.

Prior to the festival there will be the annual Androscoggin River clean up from 9AM – 12PM. This is a yearly clean up event that starts at Little Andy Park in New Auburn and goes until both sides of the river are cleaned. Volunteers of the clean up will have a free lunch at Firehouse Grille and 25% off their general admission to the festival.  This is a great opportunity to something good in the community, get free lunch and a discount on the festival.

Baxter Brewing is excited and honored to bring the first-ever Great Falls Brewfest to the banks of the Mighty Androscoggin River on the first day of summer (this Saturday 6/21).  We can’t think of a better way to ring in the season than to celebrate the incredible craft beer scene in Maine and all that the Lewiston-Auburn community has to offer, with 30 breweries, 6 food trucks, 15 local craft artisans, 2 local bands, a rock wall, cornhole tournament, and 2,500 of our closest friends!  We hope to see you there!
